William Rabjohns (Poole AC) won the indivdual race, despite a fall, with a 9 second cushion over Zena Saez (Bedford & County AC) with Chris Perkins (Birtley AC) third. In the team race Chiltern Harriers & AC packed well for a 38 point victory over Aldershot, Farnham & District AC.
