Matthew Pickering (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) won the 77th Junior Men's race by a tight margin from Frank McGrath (Windsor, Slough, Eton, & Hounslow AC). Third place went to Gianluca Mastrolonardo (City of York AC).

Junior Men's winner Matthew Pickering (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC)
Tonbridge AC took gold in the team event beating Aldershot, Farnham & District AC by 24 points with Chelmsford AC third.
