The twenty-third Under 15 Boys' race was won by Theo Creed (Hercules-Wimbledon AC). Silver went to Leo Blyton (Bicester AC) and bronze to Taylor Thom-Watts (Brighton & Hove AC).

Eventual winner Theo Creed (Hercules-Wimbledon AC) leads the Under 15 Boy's Race
Creed made it a double gold as his led his club to team gold, Brighton & hove took silver with Windsor, Slough, Eton, & Hounslow AC taking home bronze.
