The Girl's National Cross-Country was hosted at Birches Head, Stoke-on-Trent. The course was described as hilly and was organised by City of Stoke AC.
Amanada Alford (Stevenage & North Herts AC) battled through the mud to take individual gold, with Louise Silva (Melbourn AC) silver and Fox (Sale Harriers) bronze.
In the team race honours went to Sale Harriers with runners-up being City of Stoke-on-Trent AC and Verlea AC third.
