Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire on Saturday 17/02/1990 (Girls)

The Royal Masonic School for Girls in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire was the venue for the 1990 Girl's National Cross-Country Championships sponsored by Provincial Insurance Limited. The course was one lap of 3,340 metres.

At the halfway point Vicky Russell (Bedford & County AC) and Michelle Cox (Darlington Harriers) led Lisa White (Exeter Harriers) by 15 metres. White passed the pair with half a mile to go and went on to win by four seconds with Russell second and Cox third.

In the team race Derby Ladies AC took gold as they eclipsed Bedford & County AC. Third place went to Aldershot, Farnham & District AC.
