Parliament Hill Fields, London on Saturday 22/02/2003 3 Km (Under 13 Girls)

The Under 13 Girl's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Parliament Hill Fields. The event was sponsored by shoe company Saucony.

Laura Evans (Bury AC) was the early leader, but Evans was overhauled by Sarah Simpson (Luton United AC) who eventually won by three seconds. Third spot went to Emma Lambourne (Swindon Harriers).

In the team race Royal Sutton Coldfield AC beat Bedford & County AC by 65 points with Liverpool Harriers third.
