Cofton Park on Saturday 19/02/2005 10 Km (Junior Men)

The fifty-eighth Junior Men's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Cofton Park in Birmingham. The course was 10km of undulating parkland and was expected to be a good test for cross-country runners.

Keith Gerrard (Manx Harriers) won by 27 seconds from Andy Vernon (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) with Sam Jacobs (Ipswich Harriers) a further eleven seconds back in third.

Vernon had the consolation of leading Aldershot, Farnham & District AC to the team title with a 16-point victory over Bristol & West AC with picking Peterborough AC up bronze.
