Cofton Park on Saturday 19/02/2005 3 Km (Under 13 Girls)

The Under 13 Girl's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Cofton Park in Birmingham. The course was undulating parkland and was expected to be a good test for cross-country runners.

Kate Avery (Shildon Running & AC) beat southern champion Camilla Freeman (Dulwich Prep School) with Hollie McGurk (Bedford & County AC) third.

Bedford & County AC beat Aldershot, Farnham & District AC to the team title by 19 points. Bronze medals were picked up by Liverpool Harriers.
