Parliament Hill Fields, London on Saturday 21/02/2009 3 Km (Under 13 Girls)

The Under 13 Girl's English National Cross-Country Championships returned to Parliament Hill Fields in London. Saucony were once again the race sponsors.

Northern champion Abbie Hetherington (Carlisle Aspatria AC) narrowly beat Loren Bleaken (Team Bath AC) to the individual title. Third position went to Harriett Preedy (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC).

Preedy led her club to the team title by 169 points over runners-up Leicester Coritanian AC. Windsor, Slough, Eton, & Hounslow AC picked up bronze medals.
