The Under 15 Girl's English National Cross-Country Championships returned to Parliament Hill Fields in London. Saucony were once again the race sponsors.
Emelia Gorecka (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) took the individual title by six seconds from Annabel Gummow (Bristol & West AC). This was Gorecka's third consecutive National title. In third place was Jess Judd (Thurrock Harriers).
Gorecka told Athletics Weekly: "I felt really strong, but it was a really challenging course. lt's just about the best course around. It's a true, solid cross-country course. When it came to the mud, I just drove through it and put my head down."
