Alton Towers on Saturday 19/02/2011 4 Km (Under 15 Girls)

Alton Towers hosted the Under 15 Girl's English Cross-Country Championships. The event took place on parkland next to the park with a slightly adjusted route compared with the last visit to the theme park in 2008.

Northern champion Bronwen Owen (Scarborough Harriers) won by seven seconds from Abbie Hetherington (Carlisle Aspatria AC) with Grace Baker (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) third.

In the team race Aldershot, Farnham & District AC beat Birtley AC by a large margin with Tonbridge AC in third place.
