The Junior Women's Cross-Country Championships took place at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. Notts AC assisted with the production of the event and the races were sponsored by Saucony. The 6km course consisted of one small lap and one large lap.
Early leaders in the race included 2019 individual champion Amelia Quirk (Bracknell AC), Izzy Fry (Newport AC), Shannon Flockhart (Cambridge & Coleridge AC) & Lauren McNeill (Buxton & District AC) on the second lap Quirk had established a five metres lead on Fry, there was then a large gap to third placer Olivia Mason (Border Harriers). Fry was unable to close the gap and Quirk won by 5 seconds in 25:33. Giorgia Chatwood (Wolverhampton & Bilston AC) was third.
