The seventy-fifth Youth's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Wollaton Park, Nottingham. This was the third time Wollaton Park had been used for the National after visits in 2014 and 2017. The race was one small lap and one large lap making a total of 6km. Saucony were the title sponsors, a relationship with the English Cross-Country Association that went back a decade.
Flynn Jennings (Bideford AAC) led after the first small lap. Will Barnicoat (Windsor, Slough, Eton & Hounslow AC) and Mo Ali (Ealing Southall & Middlesex AC) took closer order on the second lap. Barnicoat eventually beat Jennings by four seconds with Ali third.
