The Junior Ladies' English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Parliament Hill, London. Storms brought down many trees in the week before the race but the weather on the day was fine and sunny. The event was sponsored by Saucony.
Alex Millard (Invicta East Kent AC) finished 37 seconds ahead of Ellen Weir (Hercules-Wimbledon AC) to take the individual title. Megan Harris (Basildon AAC) grabbed third place.

Aldershot, Farnham & District AC won the team gold with Tonbridge AC getting silver and Hercules-Wimbledon AC bronze.
