The seventy-fourth Junior Men's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Parliament Hill, London. Storms brought down many trees in the week before the race but the weather on the day was fine and sunny. The event was sponsored by Saucony.
Will Barnicoat (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) won the individual race by 22 seconds from David Stone (Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers) with Matt Stonier (Invicta East Kent AC) third.

Barnicoat led his club to the team title as they beat Chesterfield & District AC by 12 points with Tonbridge AC third.
