The seventy-seventh Under 17 Men's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Bolesworth Castle, Chester. The event was sponsored by Saucony.
Henry Dover (Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers) won the individual title by seven seconds from James Dargan (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) with William Rabjohns (Poole AC) third.
