Witton Park, Blackburn on Saturday 31/01/1976 (Intermediates)

The Intermediate Women's National Cross-Country took place at Witton Park in Blackburn, Lancashire. Ruth Smeeth (Aldershot, Farnham & District AC) and Christine Brace (Verlea AC) did most of the front running with Smeeth winning by 20 metres in 13:52, Brace was second with Kim Trunley (Ilford AC) third.

Team honours went to Verlea AC who beat Warrington AC by 21 points, third place went to Derby & County AC.
