The Under 15 Boy's English National Cross-Country Championships took place at Parliament Hill, London. Storms brought down many trees in the week before the race but the weather on the day was fine and sunny. The event was sponsored by Saucony.
Robert Price (Vale Royal AC) won the individual race by over 100 metres from Alden Collier (Chiltern Harriers) with Harry Maxwell (Team Bath AC) taking bronze.

Collier had some consolation as his club took team honours with a 65-point win over Tonbridge AC with Cambridge & Coleridge AC third.
